About Us
The office oversees the operation of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in the Vinton area. The individuals served consistently have primary diagnoses of either Mental Retardation or Brain Injury often coupled with challenging secondary diagnoses such as Autism, Schizophrenia and Borderline Personality Disorder.
