We invite anyone in the community to reach out for information about becoming a Mentor Host Home provider, and learn how you can change someone’s life forever by opening your heart and home.

Contact us via the phone number or email listed and our friendly and knowledgeable staff  will give a brief overview of our program, as well as the requirements for becoming a certified Mentor. After an initial communication, we will invite you to attend a 45- to -60-minute informational meeting. At that point, we will introduce you to the application process and allow you to ask any more questions that you may have.

You can also visit this informational page of our national partner, The MENTOR Network, for answers to common questions about the Host Home program. We look forward to speaking with you!
