About Us
Located amongst the beautiful vistas enjoyed by many riverside communities, RICS Keokuk provides Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to persons with Intellectual Disabilities, Brain Injury, and/or Mental Health challenges in the Keokuk and Fort Madison communities. People receiving REM services in these communities often receive services in their own home or apartment and may live with roommates or alone depending on their service hours and service line. Supports and service hours are determined based on individual needs and choices.
