About Us
Our Storm Lake programs are waiver based services which include Home and Community based services (HCBS). We currently serve individuals with Traumatic Brain injuries (TBI) and individuals with Intellectual disabilities (ID). Storm Lake is a fast growing community that offers a wide variety of community and social integration opportunities with lake front activities. Annabelle Ocegueda is the Area Director.
