Located amongst the beautiful vistas typically associated with many riverside communities, RICS Keokuk provides Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to persons with both Mental Retardation and Brain Injury in programs located in both Keokuk itself and Ft. Madison. Individuals receive services in 24-hour supervised apartments.
