About Us
The office oversees the operation of more than 20 Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) throughout the Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Marion and Vinton areas. The individuals served consistently have primary diagnoses of either Mental Retardation or Brain Injury often coupled with challenging secondary diagnoses such as Autism, Schizophrenia and Borderline Personality Disorder.
