REM Iowa doesn’t have one career ladder, it has many.  From clinicians to accountants to Direct Support Professionals, the people who work within the network have a multi-faceted environment in which to perform, grow and succeed. Because we are a growth-oriented, creative organization operating in every area of the country, we are constantly welcoming new people with wide-ranging skills and backgrounds. 

Similar to our philosophy regarding the people we serve, REM Iowa assesses every potential employee for their individual contribution, not just their ability to fill a position.  This way, we build an employee base of creative thinkers with varying perspectives whose one common trait is the commitment to our mission.
